Gustavo Baader was born in Buenos Aires on December 26, 1970. He studied Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires. Later he post graduated in marketing at the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA).

During his studies, he developed tasks related to export promotion in the area of VAT Reimbursement for exports at the General Tax Office (AFIP). Subsequently, he worked as senior researcher at the National Foreign Trade Commission analyzing the complaints of dumping and subsidies to the National Industry, conducting a survey of the case, analysis and collection of information for determination of damage to the National Industry.

Finally in 1996 he joined FAE S.A. (Manufacturing of Special Alloys tubings ) where he developed his entire career in the commercial department supporting and developing the national Nuclear industry focused on generating employment and growth through the development of international markets for seamless tubes of special corrosion-resistant alloys. During 2020 FAE S.A. merged with its parent company called Conuar S.A. currently he is the International Business Manager of the Company.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of steel Pipes and Tubes belonging to ADIMRA (Association of Metallurgical Industrialists of the Argentine Republic) developing links with its homonymous chamber in Brazil (ABITAM).
